Login Problems

When I login I get an error that says 'The User is not a member of any Veeam365 groups'

This means that you are trying to log in with a user that has not been added to one of the Veeam365 groups created at setup, for more information see Adminstration Users.

The login process just hangs

Sometimes Microsoft cookies get a bit confused, please click the padlock, select cookies, find your URL and click remove.

Try to login again.
