A primary support email contact is required, this is populated at the signup stage but can be changed in the 'Settings' menu, we recommend that this is a monitored email account.


Other backup notifications can be customised to suit an organisation through 'Manage Notification Mails'. Upto 5 email addresses can be added with the option of which types of notifications are sent to an address.

These failure, success, warning & restore notifications will come from the following email address:
